Two lab twin-screw Extender & ACM for new development & Research can produce the powder Sample & quantity from 250 gms to 50 kg for customers line trial.

Good Procedures & practices for producing trouble free coatings:

Maintain a clean & dust free atmosphere and woks area. Ensure that the gun & booth are clean before commencing work.
Inspect work area and eliminated possibilities of accumulated dirt on roofing structure & other Equipments from blowing or falling on the work piece.
Do not mix powder from two different suppliers/Mfg.
Careful attention should be given to having clear dry, oil free compressed air supply, at the recommended Pressure, periodically drain off water from the compressor tank and flush the air line dry.
Always store powder in a closed sealed container and in a cool and dry place. The powder should Not be left in the equipment for long periods when not being used.
Good earthing for job and equipment are very essential.
Check that the pre-treatment chemicals are in good condition and of the correct strength , remove the sludge accumulated at the bottom of the tanks.
Metallic powders should be used with the charging voltage set to minimum recycled / recovered should be used with caution and care.
Metallic finish require clear top coating for better durability.
